FAQ

Do you train in-home?
Yes. We train in your real environment so skills generalize to daily life. We also work in public environments when appropriate.
Do you sell “service dog registration” certificates?
No. We provide professional training and coaching. We do not sell instant registrations or guarantees of acceptance.
Do you work with puppies or adult dogs?
Yes. We tailor plans based on age, maturity, temperament, and the handler’s goals.
What areas do you serve?
Greater Montreal. Additional travel may be available upon request.
What happens if my dog is not suitable for service work?
If a dog is not an appropriate candidate, we will explain our observations and discuss alternative training options or next steps. Our goal is to provide honest, professional guidance in the best interest of the handler and the dog.
How long does service dog training take?
Training timelines vary depending on the dog’s age, temperament, prior training, and the complexity of the required tasks. Service dog training is typically a multi-stage process, and progress is evaluated continuously throughout the program.
Do you guarantee outcomes or acceptance?
No. While we apply structured, evidence-based training methods, outcomes depend on many factors including the dog, the handler, and ongoing practice. We do not guarantee acceptance for travel, housing, or public access.
